Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
     
  • Handful of spinach
     
  • Handful of kale
     
  • 100g pineapple
     
  • 100g cucumber
     
  • 250ml coconut milk
     
  • ½ lime
     
  • Ice

Method

  1. Place the juicer attachment onto your 3 in 1 juicer and juice the kale, pineapple and cucumber into the beaker.
     
  2. Attach the citrus press to the juicer and squeeze the juice from the lime into the beaker.
     
  3. Finally, add the spinach, avocado, coconut milk and ice and use the blender attachment and blend until smooth.
